Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with 100g of honey and store in a bowl. Use a wooden spoon because honey does not get along with metal. If you already have a cold, use golden honey as follows:
day 1 – half a teaspoon every hour
day 2 – half a teaspoon every two hours
day 3 – half a teaspoon three to four times a day
